&lt;p&gt;They sound compatible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They are not.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Drucker begins with the customer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you cannot create or keep one, nothing else matters. Revenue is earned. Profit follows. Value exists outside the firm - in the relationship with the customer.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
